How does shade matching work?+
At signup you tell us your skin tone (fair to deep), undertone (warm, cool, or neutral), and which product types you want more of. We match every foundation shade, blush, and lip color in your box against that profile. Nothing goes in just because it's a bestseller.
Can I skip a month?+
Yes. Log into your account before your next billing date and skip that month. No fee, no penalty, no questions. Your subscription picks up again the following month.
What if I don't like something?+
Email us at gilt-edit@sogoodmail.co and we'll sort it out. We'd rather swap an item than have you stuck with something you won't use. We reply within one business day.
When does my box ship?+
Boxes ship in the first week of each month. You'll get a tracking link when yours leaves the warehouse. First box for August subscribers ships August 1.
